Ann Seelye has been in the mind-body, health and fitness fields for 19 years. She is a certified personal trainer, Master Fitness By Phone® Coach, and Intuitive Eating Coach. She works with exercise and eating issues and making the lifestyle changes that support who you want to be as you grow and evolve. She is also a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, which teaches greater self-awareness for ease of movement and ease of being.
Ann expanded from Alexander teaching into the fitness world because she saw a lot of tension and lack of awareness in people’s exercise and eating. She works with people in person as well as coaching over the phone to individuals and in teleclasses. She believes in teaching and coaching people in what they need to know, gradually and in their own time and sequence, so that ultimately they will be independent, successful exercisers and be able to eat mindfully and in balance so that they can have the health and vitality they want going into their midlife and beyond.
Ann works with many people, mostly women, who reach perimenopause, around 45 or later, having gained 20 to 50 pounds in the last 20 years and are finally taking some time to focus on themselves as their health becomes more of an issue for them and they don’t have the energy and vitality they want.
