Hi, I’m Ann Seelye, Certified Personal Trainer, Intuitive Eating Coach, and Lifestyle Fitness Coach and I know how to get you looking and feeling the way you want to as you move through menopause.

I am 59 years old, have been in menopause for 7 years and have seen common changes, which start well before 50, in myself and in the many, many women I’ve worked with since 1997. I can’t tell you how many women come to the gym in their early 50s and say, “What is this? I’ve never had this before,” pinching some fat around their waist and back or pointing at their bellies, and it doesn’t matter how big or small they are.

I’ve been helping women make the lifestyle changes they want and need so they can look and feel great and dance into menopause. I myself use all the tools I teach and have experimented with many different ways and continue to practice and learn.
