I offer classes, coaching and products to women who are ready to take steps to improve their health, feel stronger and more energetic, feel good in their bodies again and get their creeping weight under control.
My typical client is a woman who is around 45-65 years old. She comes in feeling unhappy or confused about her body and the changes that are taking or have already taken place.
She has been so focused on her family and/or her job that she has paid no attention to herself and has watched her body gain more fat in old and new places and has felt her energy diminish but has felt that she has had no time for herself.
Or she might have tried many different diets, joined the gym several times, bought exercise equipment and never used it effectively. Now she is feeling frustrated, discouraged and without much hope.

I work with women from their mid-40s to about 70 who are ready for practical, personalized, reality-based strategies to move into and through this period of life and achieve the health and vitality they desire and deserve. There is no reason this cannot happen.
Many of my clients have full time jobs and if they have kids, the kids are either in high school, college or beyond. Their time has been totally filled with the needs of their work and/or their family.
They are tired and frustrated that they can’t stick to an exercise program, that they can’t stop the nighttime eating, that they have no time for themselves. And now their doctor has told them to lose weight for their health.
My clients have dreams and desires of what they want to do in the next phase of their life and they know they want to be healthy for all of it. They are ready to give some time and priority to themselves and to achieve more balance in their life.

You know that the changes you seek won’t happen overnight and you are ready to start with step one and stay on the path with support and guidance to help you stay motivated and committed. The lifestyle changes you are after come slowly, little by little, and you have the desire to keep exploring.
