INDIVIDUAL COACHING FOR EXERCISE, EATING AND/OR LIFESTYLE CHANGES

After your initial consultation we will determine where to start in guiding you with the information and support you need to get the results you want. Your program will be completely individualized for you.
This program is for women who want to see improvements in their health, body, energy level and confidence and have menopause be a more friendly time of life. You know that lifestyle changes around exercise and eating don’t come easily or you would have already done them. 28 weeks might sound like a long time but believe me, it’s not. The cost is $2200, $400 the first month and $300 per month for 6 months

This program is for you if you are ready to take action in the area of exercise. You either aren’t getting the results you want from what you’re already doing or you’re returning after a long sabbatical from exercise or you are new to exercise.
This program helps you get started, stay motivated and get results no matter where you are. You will have more energy, feel stronger and more vital in your body and learn tools that will be yours forever.

* Commitment to Success
This program is for you if are currently engaging in regular physical activity. You are consistent but you want to take your program to the next level. You want to learn how to lose more weight, how to increase your stamina and your strength.
This includes:

24 weeks- Weeks 1-6 are weekly 30 minute phone calls, Weeks 7-12 are bi-weekly, Weeks 13 and 14 are every 3 weeks. The purpose of this timing is to give you new tools and guidance and then you practice more on your own over the course of 24 weeks. You’ve already shown that you are pretty consistent with your exercise but you need some new information to get more results or take your workouts to the next level.

* Let’s Focus on the Food
You know that what you eat, how you eat and how much you eat is part of the equation for having the body you want. This program actually focuses on getting you back into your body and hearing the signals of hunger and fullness. It also focuses on how your body likes to be fueled for optimal energy and for optimal fat burning.
Whenever we look at how we’re eating it almost always brings up emotional issues. We’ll see what comes up for you and learn other ways of coping with emotions without using food. You will learn a lot about what you are currently doing, experiment with steps to make little-by-little changes and feel much more in control of your food rather than feeling that the food is controlling you.
This program includes:

12 weeks of one-to-one personalized coaching with the Intuitive Eating or Mindful Eating or Conscious Eating approach. It is not a diet, in fact it is a non-diet approach.

You’re not sure you’re ready to tackle exercise yet but you know you want to be more active. The purpose of this program is to help you get moving more in your life so you feel the benefits of being more active. This lifestyle activity is an important ingredient to lose weight and to feel more energetic and better in your body.
It includes:

8 personalized coaching sessions by phone of 20 minutes each

The NL2000, a small activity monitor which measures calories you use in movement as well as steps. This gives you objective information and is very motivating. You’ll see how active you are at the beginning and how much more active you are after 8 weeks.

24-hour access to your coach via email and phone. You will be answered within 24 hours of contact

Lifestyle diary to set goals, document achievements and track progress
The cost is $450, or you can pay $230 per month.
* Other Options
One hour at a time consultations to get you going, get you over a hurdle, help you determine your next steps, problem solve a specific situation like how to weather an injury without gaining weight. Maybe you only want to check in periodically with someone who understands and can support and guide you. Then single one hour consultations would be the way to go. All consultations are over the phone so you can be anywhere.
The cost for a one hour session is $100.
